Lead Pastor of Church Jacksonville; NC - PT

We have a relatively new church location with big growth potential. We are looking for a part‑time Lead Pastor to preach and lead this CE campus. The campus is part of a church based in Dunedin, FL (Tampa area). This role is part‑time, but has upside growth potential for someone who can build the church from dozens to hundreds of people over time.

• Dynamic preacher
• Inspiring leader & team builder
• Experience in growing a group/service/ministry (will be building up to a big/quick launch from a small team)
• Some college level education necessary (but degree completion is not always required)

• Ability to start relatively soon
• Successful ministry experience valued over formal education; some ministry/Bible education may be required
• Items to include in resume: recent preaching/teaching video, primary ministry experiences listed with start/end dates, education, contact info, & social media accounts

Church Experience is a dynamic, 11‑year‑old church passionate about our vision of being "one church with many experiences." Our local Lead Pastors preach 70% or more of the time (up to 30% on video from the Central Campus). Church Experience has many locations, with at least five new locations starting per year currently. We work extremely hard at "helping more people experience a full life in Jesus Christ!"
