Job Summary

Title: Summer School Coordinator

Location: Chelmsford High School, Chelmsford, Massachusetts

Start Date: Jul 1, 2025

Final date to receive applications: Posted until filled

Pay: $4,000 stipend

Responsibilities
  • Available one day per week for students to come for help.
  • Set up and manage classes on the school online platform.
  • Handle required paperwork as directed.
  • Set up and reserve classroom space as needed.
  • Be available during the school week to assist students and/or administration.
  • Troubleshoot and support the online platform to address student and school problems.
  • Supervise students by checking on their progress.
  • Learn functions of the online platform.
  • Prepare final grade reports.
  • Oversee management of the summer school program.
  • Enforce discipline when needed.
  • Act as liaison between school administration and Community Education.
  • Ensure required software is loaded on computers.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the high school principal.
Availability and Hours

June 17, 2024 through August 16, 2024 (student classes vary). Schedule alternates between on-site at Chelmsford High School and remote work from home.

Reporting To

Chelmsford High School Administration and Director of Community Education.
