【役職名】オンラインの非常勤小学校算数教師
仕事内容- a. Think Academy日本校が独自に開発した教科書に基づいて指導
- b. 自社のアプリを使用
- c. 生徒の算数への興味を引き出すため、トレーニングや能力向上イベントに参加
- a. 授業の練習と準備
- b. 教案作成
- c. 学生のフィードバックを基にコース改善
- a. 学力や個性に応じた支援提供
- b. 生徒の特別なニーズに対応した個別指導
- a. 定期的な宿題の確認
- b. テストや試験の実施と学習進度の評価
- c. 保護者との定期的なコミュニケーション
- a. 日本の名門大学に在学中、学士または修士のいずれか
- b. 理系専攻で数学に優れる方
- a. 教育事業への興味と子供好き、責任感が強い方
- b. 小学校算数指導の経験者（学校、団体、個人問わず優遇）
- c. 効率的なコミュニケーション能力
- d. 活発で社交的、カメラセンスの高い方優先
- a. 日本語母国語、できれば英語または中国語のコミュニケーション能力
