Job Description and Position Requirements
The Department of Materials Science and Engineering is seeking applicants for a part‑time graduate student researcher position for Summer 2026 to work on a project involving contacts to 2D semiconductors and atomic layer deposition.
Job Duties:
- Perform experiments
- Collect and manage data
- Analyze data
Requirements, Qualifications, and
Competencies:
- Trained user of the Nanofab
- Familiar with at least one ALD reactor
- Completed graduate coursework on semiconductor characterization and metals in electronics
Compensation: Starting rate $18.68/hr.
