Position: Instructional Designer - Remote Contract

Overview

Instructional Designer - Remote Contract. Our client, a global biotechnology company, is seeking a remote Instructional Design Coordinator to support the development of technical training materials under the guidance of the Technical Learning & Development team. This is a remote, contract role with standard business hours.

Onsite/Remote: 100% Remote

Hours: Standard Business Hours

Pay Rate: $40.00 per hour

Duration: 3 Months

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal team members and subject matter experts to design and develop technical training content.
  • Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory to create effective learning experiences.
  • Develop multimedia assets including audio, video, simulations, and interactive modules.
  • Ensure quick turnaround of deliverables while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Utilize standard tools and templates to build content aligned with corporate training goals.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Proven experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Eleven Labs.
  • Strong understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
