Teach Plus is seeking a Managing Director to lead the Community of Practice for the Center for Inspired Teaching and Exceptional Learning (CITEL). In this role, you will shape the CITEL learning engine, build strong relationships with pilot teams, and ensure the successful integration of instructional strategies. The position is fully remote, requiring occasional travel, and offers a salary range of $126,000–$137,000 along with a robust benefits package, including generous paid time off and a four-week sabbatical after five years.
