Does This Sound Familiar?

You are a bilingual, specialized educator with training in visual impairment, deaf education, or deaf blindness. You have real expertise — but the traditional school system limits your impact and barely recognizes your unique skills. You are ready for a role that values your specialization, pays you what you are worth, and lets you do your most meaningful work from wherever you are.

Here

Is Your Solution.

The Really Great Teacher Company is looking for a dedicated bilingual special needs ESL teacher to work directly with blind, deaf, and deafblind children in Costa Rica — fully remotely, on a structured schedule that gives you stability. Your rare combination of English fluency, Spanish communication skills, and specialized disability pedagogy is exactly what these students need. This is not a generic ESL remote job.

This is a niche, high-impact role where your expertise becomes your greatest competitive advantage.
