Responsibilities
- Address issues and coach Virtual Assistants and Clients on strategies including communication and conflict resolution
- Conduct check-ins with Virtual Assistants to identify relationship issues and communication barriers
- Nurture Virtual Assistant relationships to support their holistic success
- Create and implement coaching curriculum to provide training
- Offer technical guidance to ensure smooth integration of various tools
- 1 year of administrative experience
- Robust understanding of communication dynamics, delegation strategies, and conflict resolution techniques
- Familiarity with virtual assistant tools, technologies, and best practices
30-40 hours per week during normal business hours
