Overview
The salary range for this position is $47,988.00 to $56,880.00, with most candidates starting at $47,988.00. This is a full-time, permanent, classified, overtime-eligible position with the Pierce College District and is eligible for up to one day of remote work per week after the probationary period. This position reports directly to the Computer Labs/STAT Manager and requires regular and consistent attendance.

Position SummaryThe Computer Lab/Student Technology Assistant Team (STAT) Program Specialist 2 is part of a dynamic team that provides oversight for District Computer Labs, Makerspaces, Design Studios, and the various STAT stations. Primary duties include planning, coordinating, and implementing the operation of the Student Labs on the Fort Steilacoom campus. The STAT Program Specialist will be responsible for identifying innovative technologies and presenting clear ideas while contributing to student success and helping to shape the future of student media and educational technology.
This position reports directly to the District Computer Labs Manager. This role actively supports and engages in Pierce College's goals for equity and inclusion to provide access and support for our diverse community of learners and our goal of becoming an anti-racist institution.
