Your ability to establish trust with a parent during the opening moments of a call will determine your success in this role. This position suits someone who thrives on outreach, maintains disciplined follow‑up, and can articulate an innovative learning model without depending on scripted language. If you tend to avoid phone‑based work or prefer environments without measurable performance standards, this opportunity will not align with your strengths.
Unbound Academy operates as a virtual, tuition‑free public charter school offering students an alternative educational framework. Core academics are completed in a concentrated time block with AI‑enhanced support, allowing students to dedicate the remainder of their day to hands‑on skill development through projects and enrichment activities. You will serve as the primary point of engagement for families considering this educational path.
Your week will involve prompt responses to incoming inquiries, guiding families through each stage of the admissions journey, and advancing them from curiosity to completed enrollment. You will also represent Unbound Academy at community events to cultivate new leads and raise local awareness. During quieter enrollment periods, you will support broader school operations while remaining prepared for the next enrollment wave.
If you seek a position where your communication skills, accountability, and initiative directly influence student enrollment outcomes, we would like to speak with you.
What You Will Be Doing- Reaching out to new inbound leads within a 24‑hour window and beginning admissions discussions by phone
- Describing Unbound Academy’s virtual structure and enrollment procedures using straightforward, accessible language
- Maintaining disciplined follow‑up to advance families from inquiry through application to final enrollment
- Recording all interactions in a CRM system with precise notes, scheduled next steps, and current pipeline status
- Planning and conducting local recruitment events across Texas or Arizona to showcase the school and collect new leads

- Relying on inflexible scripts or functioning like a high‑volume call center representative
- Attending community events as a passive observer rather than an active presenter or lead generator
- Devoting most of your time to back‑office responsibilities during periods of active enrollment demand
