• Recording all interactions in a CRM system with precise notes, scheduled next steps, and current pipeline status

• Allowing inbound leads to sit unaddressed while prioritizing administrative tasks
• Relying on inflexible scripts or functioning like a high‑volume call center representative

• Located in Arizona with availability to work in a hybrid capacity
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service or a comparable customer‑facing position
• Background working with children or families (in schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or related settings)
• At ease making regular phone calls and shepherding families through processes involving multiple steps
• Effective verbal communication skills with an ability to establish trust rapidly
• Working knowledge of CRM platforms or digital tools for tracking leads

• Background in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification functions
• Experience organizing or delivering presentations at community events or outreach initiatives
• Academic study or professional background in communications, education, or a related discipline

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $20 USD/hour, which equates to $40,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
