** is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative and professional support as a
** Graduate Program Coordinator**. This role coordinates all aspects of the graduate program, from prospective student support to graduation certification.
*
* Key Responsibilities:
*** Serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective graduate students
* Coordinate recruitment, including inquiries, campus visits, and orientation
* Monitor student progress, schedule exams and defenses, and manage Graduate School paperwork
* Update systems including GRADS and maintain student databases
* Process graduate appointments, offer letters, and terminations
* Schedule graduate courses and assist students with course planning
* Provide administrative support to the Graduate Program Director
* Maintain listservs and department forms
*
* Required Qualifications:
*** Strong organizational, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently and collaboratively.
*
* Preferred Qualifications:
*** Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Zoom.
* Familiarity with LionPATH, GRADS, GRATS, GRMS, and Workday.
** Additional Information:
** After an initial training period of 6 months, a hybrid work schedule may be approved by the supervisor.
** MINIMUM EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
** General Equivalency Diploma (GED) or High School (HS)2+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

** The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $38,300.00 - $55,500.00.
