Additionally, you will contribute to major federally funded initiatives, ensuring compliance, supporting grant operations, and helping sustain innovative peer-to-peer support programs that make a lasting difference in students' academic journeys.
You will thrive in this role if you are energized by collaboration, excited to turn data into action, and passionate about student success. Demonstrated successes or skills should include strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and communication cycles, comfort with tracking and analyzing data (and utilizing data analysis tools), and a critical approach to apply assessment to practice.
Effective interpersonal skills such as the ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students and displaying excellent written and verbal communication skills are also essential.
