• 10+ years of professional experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Professional background in leadership, consulting, communications, marketing, business development, client relations, training, or related fields.
• Comfortable operating within an independent, performance‑based structure.
• Interest in leadership and personal development.
• Confident using Zoom, email, Linked In, and digital communication platforms.
