Care Access is seeking a Senior Trainer in Clinical Education to enhance onboarding for clinical research staff. This remote role involves developing training materials, delivering onboarding sessions, and assessing competencies to ensure compliance with research protocols. The ideal candidate will have extensive clinical trial experience, strong adult education skills, and will work collaboratively across departments to ensure high-quality training delivery and readiness of CRCs.

Up to 80% travel required across multiple sites.
