The Executive Director of Bryan College Online leads the strategy, growth, and stewardship of the college’s online programs. Reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Services and Student Life, this leader is entrusted with extending a Christ-centered education to students wherever they are, through the reach and flexibility of online learning.
The right leader understands how strategy, marketing, admissions, advising, and retention work together to build and sustain a thriving online student body, and brings the conviction and discipline to carry that work forward. Marketing fluency is expected, so this leader can direct internal resources and hold outside partners accountable, but the role is broader than any single function.

Enrollment Strategy and Operations
Set, lead, and continually refine the enrollment strategy for Bryan College Online.
- Own the full enrollment funnel from inquiry through enrollment, with clear expectations at every stage.
- Read the data, diagnose what is working and what is not, and let evidence drive decisions.
- Build enrollment partnerships and pipelines that strengthen and diversify the student funnel.
- Evaluate and manage external vendor relationships, holding partners accountable for measurable results.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow online enrollment.
Admissions Leadership
Build and lead the admissions function for online programs, establishing the standards and rhythms that move prospective students from first contact to enrollment.
- Provide direct supervision and leadership.
- Establish clear expectations, workflows, and accountability for the admissions operation.
- Ensure prospective students experience timely, personal, and meaningful communication throughout the process.
- Monitor and improve inquiry response time, application completion, and enrollment yield.
Marketing Partnership
Partner with the marketing department to translate enrollment strategy into campaigns and presence that reach the right students in the right places.
- Direct marketing efforts toward the programs with the strongest performance and demand.
- Inform website content, landing page strategy, and search priorities based on enrollment performance.
- Strengthen Bryan College Online’s visibility and brand presence among prospective students.
Academic and Program Development Partnership
Work alongside academic leadership to ensure online program offerings serve students well and meet the demands of the market.
- Partner with the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Deans, and program directors on program development, refresh, and positioning.
- Provide enrollment and market insight to inform which programs to invest in, expand, or sunset.
- Contribute to the design of accelerated pathways, credentials, and program formats that serve online students well.
- Ensure enrollment strategy remains aligned with academic quality and the institution’s mission.
Reporting and Accountability
Provide consistent, transparent reporting on the health of online enrollment, evaluated on the academic rhythm of online program delivery.
- Deliver regular enrollment performance reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Services and Student Life and the Executive team.
- Track and report inquiries, applications, deposits, net enrollment, persistence, and cost-per-enrollment.
- Develop, refine, and revise the key performance indicators by which online enrollment success is measured, in partnership with institutional leadership.
- Serve as the primary voice for online enrollment in institutional planning and budget discussions.
- Within the first ninety days, deliver an initial assessment of the program with strategic recommendations, then refine the strategy as the data reveals what is true.
- At least five years of progressive leadership experience in enrollment, admissions, or online program management, ideally in higher education.
- A demonstrated record of strategic thinking that produced measurable enrollment results.
- Fluency in enrollment marketing sufficient to direct internal teams and hold external vendors accountable.
- Experience leading and developing staff and managing toward clear performance expectations.
- Have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be committed to serving Him and His church.
