School of Dance Online Instructors (POOL POSTING)

This is a pool posting for potential Instructor needs that may arise for Summer 2026 and Academic Year 2026‑27. The department will select candidates from this posting as operational needs arise, based on enrollment and staffing.

Teach online dance courses as needed, preparing lesson materials, conducting live sessions, and providing feedback to students.

• Minimum: A Master’s Degree in Dance (or related field) by the start date of appointment, or an equivalent amount of professional practice or experience in accordance with Ohio University policy 18.001.
• Preferred:
  Experience teaching online courses and a demonstrated proficiency with online teaching platforms.
