Role SummaryPCG seeks a Training and Engagement Coordinator to support a statewide Child‑Centered Benefits Management Program. The Coordinator will design, deliver, and continuously improve training and engagement materials for foster youth, caregivers, case workers, and other professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training curricula and materials for diverse stakeholder audiences.
- Facilitate trainings, workshops, and presentations to promote understanding of the Child‑Centered Benefits Management Program.
- Lead engagement efforts to promote participation, trust, and understanding among program stakeholders.
- Maintain a centralized training platform, ensuring materials are current, accessible, and aligned with program goals.
- Draft and update program policies, procedures, and operational documentation related to training and engagement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and stakeholder engagement outcomes using feedback, metrics, and data‑driven insights.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, materials, and engagement strategies to enhance user experience and outcomes for foster.
- A Bachelor’s degree or 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience developing and delivering training programs or educational materials.
- Experience working with diverse stakeholder groups, preferably in human services, child welfare, or public sector programs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems or centralized content platforms.
- Experience drafting policies, procedures, or operational documentation.
- Background in stakeholder engagement, change management, or continuous improvement initiatives is preferred.
Pay range: $56,400 – $77,300
