Job SummaryResponsible for the planning, coordination, and administration of training and education activities to ensure a consistent, high quality learning experience for associates. Serves as a central point of coordination for instructor‑led and electronic learning offerings, learning systems, and training communications in support of organizational goals and workforce development initiatives.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements- Coordinates instructor‑led training and electronic learning offerings by maintaining training schedules, managing logistics, tracking attendance, and ensuring timely communication with trainers, learners, and stakeholders.
- Administers learning management system (LMS) activities, including but not limited to course setup, uploads, enrollments, and maintenance of accurate learner and course records.
- Serves as first line support for a shared training email account and calendar, triaging inquiries and routing requests to appropriate stakeholders in a timely manner.
- Maintains and updates training content, resources, and communications on the department SharePoint site in collaboration with training leads and subject matter experts.
- Produces routine and ad‑hoc reports related to course participation, completion, and training outcomes to support operational insight and decision‑making.
- Coordinates survey activities related to instructor‑led and electronic learning, including, but not limited to, course evaluations, trainer feedback, and follow‑ups check‑ins with learners and leaders.
- Supports ongoing engagement and communication with trainees and managers through structured 30‑, 60‑, and 90‑day training follow‑ups.
- Ensures training materials, schedules, and learning resources are current, organized, and accessible to appropriate audiences.
- Identifies and implements opportunities to enhance training coordination processes, communication, and overall learner experience.

Physical RequirementsFrequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0‑25lbs. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
Frequent keyboard use/data entry. Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting, and gripping. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25‑50lbs. Rare climbing.
