Job Description
What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented professional responsible for developing and executing strategies to support RSNA Education Department goals including oversight of the development and implementation of RSNA’s Online Education portfolio.

What you'll do:
What you'll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- 7 or more years of experience in educational programming/project planning, preferably in healthcare.
- Demonstrated ability to oversee successful delivery and/or support of online learning and enduring educational programs and activities.
- Comprehensive computer skills and working knowledge and experience with online course building software, authoring tool software and video production tools.
- Working knowledge of and experience working within Learning Management Systems.
- Strong knowledge of the Adult Learning Principles and ACCME/AMA guidelines.
- Prior experience reviewing results from assessments, evaluations, and/or surveys and preparing outcome assessment reports for key stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of effective best practices and national trends in online education.
- Strong decision-making, organizational, and interpersonal proficiency including relationship development and management of internal and external relationships.
- Demonstrated project management skills along with the ability to design educational activities which incorporate collaboration of multiple stakeholders and cross-functional work teams.
- Experience in financial modeling and budgeting.
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including peers, direct reports, senior leadership, physician volunteers, and vendors.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of staff, physicians, management, executives, and a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and flexible environment.
