Founded in 1971, Colorado Springs Christian Schools (CSCS) is one of Colorado’s leading Christian educational schools for grades K-12. CSCS is a private, non-denominational school accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) and the North Central Association Commission on Accreditation and School Improvement (NCA CASI).

Demonstrates a spiritual maturity in attitude, actions and speech, showing a consistent walk with Jesus Christ. In all work, is sensitive to the spiritual needs of students and parents, and co-workers. All employees are viewed as ministers of the Gospel; duties such as leading devotions, prayer, Scripture reading, and integrating biblical truths in daily job responsibilities are integral to all employment positions.

Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university; has or able to obtain an Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI) teacher certificate.

$130/class/semester/student for 6th-12th grade and $385/semester/student for kindergarten-5th grade

This is a remote position; however, employees must reside and perform work within the State of Colorado unless otherwise approved by CSCS. Applicants must maintain Colorado residency and a Colorado work location throughout their employment in this position.

• Assist students with online learning platform
• Create a learning environment conducive to learning; includes appropriate code of conduct policy
• Monitor and assesses academic progress of students taking online courses
• Communicates with students, parents, and supervisor regarding the progress and potential of students on the appropriate platform
• Understand relevant and emerging technologies, particularly with online education
• Maintains accurate, complete and up-to-date grades
• Commits and fully supports the missional and organizational standards including our Core Values, Mission Statement and Doctrinal Statement, and Statement of Faith and Christian Beliefs.

• Evidence of spiritual maturity and strong grasp of Christian education; ability to demonstrate true biblical integration through the subject area
• Through effective communication, build healthy, effective relationships with students and families to support and enforce the biblical, whole-child educational experience
• Maintains high level of confidentiality
