The Education Program Supervisor will oversee and support teachers in the Pinellas County district, ensuring high‑quality instruction and student achievement. The role involves liaison work with school staff, coaching, program implementation, and reporting.

• Act as liaison between educators, school administration, and staff.
• Hire, train, and supervise teachers; conduct lesson observations.
• Provide instructional coaching for scheduling and strategies.
• Guide teachers on record‑keeping and compliance with required plans and reports.
• Deliver professional development opportunities.
• Work with instructional team and Area Manager to implement quality programming.
• Assist with student testing.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, program quality, student achievement, and safety.
• Build professional rapport with school staff, principals, and district offices.
• Maintain instructional materials and supplies.
• Submit monthly reports and other required documentation.
• Travel 80% of the time within the county.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• Valid and current FL Teaching Certificate.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or leadership experience in education.
• Experience in teacher coaching, employee management, and professional communication.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and solve problems.
• Willingness to travel between multiple school sites 3‑4 days per week.
• Residency in Pinellas County and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with online platforms for record keeping and communication.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite and reliable internet for remote work.
