University Admissions Specialist (Remote)

What the Role Entails- Answer heavy inbound calls from prospective students and answer questions regarding the university’s schools of learning.
- Make outbound calls to engage with artists and their families to provide guidance on their educational pursuits.
- Maintain the highest level of customer service to students and their families at all times.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, while providing accurate, current and comprehensive program knowledge.
- Commit to go above and beyond to ensure students are set up for success.
- Communicate comprehensive program information about the academy’s academic programs, student resources, and policies and procedures.
- A positive attitude, high energy, and a personable approach.
- Strong desire to learn and ability to excel during the initial training period.
- Strong communication skills, including exceptional and proven listening skills.
- High adaptability and positive engagement with diverse populations.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Bilingual speaking ability is a plus but not a must.
- Flexibility to work hours between 9 AM–6 PM or 10 AM–7 PM.
Full‑time employees receive health insurance, 401(k) options, paid vacation (15 days’ accrual at start), paid holidays, paid sick leave, a commuter benefit program, and the opportunity to take one undergraduate course tuition free each semester.
Compensation$55,000.00 – $70,304.00 annually, based on experience and location.
