Phillips-Academy is hiring External SOP Advisors to support scholars in drafting and refining Statements of Purpose for graduate school applications. This temporary, part-time role requires strong communication and mentoring skills.
The position is fully remote, allows flexibility in advising up to five scholars, and runs from September to November. Advisors will need to engage with scholars, provide constructive feedback, and uphold IRT’s accountability system.
