To provide curricular and administrative support for implementation and delivery of courses in the Geisel School of Medicine's Phase 1 pre-clerkship curriculum for MD students. Partners with faculty course leaders to support ongoing monitoring, review, and revision of the curriculum. Contributes to academic operations that deliver a personal, connected and transformative learning experience for students.

Key Accountabilities

Description

Course Development, Technology and Implementation

* Partner with course leaders and instructional team members to plan, prepare, and oversee course delivery from inception through implementation.

* Serve as the primary point of contact for teaching faculty and students, providing expert support on course logistics, instructional materials, and scheduling.

* Proofread materials and respond to faculty inquiries for services and other activities associated with achieving academic support priorities.

* Build and maintain course environment in the Canvas Learning Management System and is accountable for accurately monitoring the delivery of the content.

* Manage academic courses builds in OASIS, ensuring accuracy of curriculum inventory, faculty session records, small group assignments, and session recordings.
