We are on the lookout for passionate Online Coding Mentors who can inspire young learners across the US through engaging and interactive coding sessions.

As an Online Coding Mentor, you will deliver high‑quality, engaging, and concept‑driven online classes to students in the US. You will simplify complex topics, foster creativity, and encourage problem‑solving through structured curriculum delivery across multiple coding domains.

• Web Development – Teaching students how to build interactive and responsive websites using technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Mentors should have strong fundamentals in front‑end development, logical thinking, and basic knowledge of modern frameworks and backend concepts to guide students in creating real‑world projects.
• Python Programming – Guiding students in learning core Python, programming fundamentals, and problem‑solving techniques. The focus is on building strong logic, understanding object‑oriented programming concepts, and applying coding skills to practical projects.
• Scratch Programming – Introducing young learners to block‑based coding through game development, animations, and creative storytelling. The aim is to develop computational thinking, creativity, and foundational programming skills in a fun and engaging way.
• MIT App Development – Helping students design and develop mobile applications using block‑based coding. Mentors will guide students in UI design, sensors integration, database handling, and building real‑world app projects.

• Deliver high‑quality, engaging, and interactive online coding classes to US students.
• Simplify complex technical concepts into easy‑to‑understand lessons.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Encourage creativity, logical thinking, and problem‑solving.
• Maintain high student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Use innovative teaching methods and project‑based learning approaches.

• Completed graduation or higher in a relevant field. Candidates currently pursuing graduation are not eligible.
• Prior teaching or mentoring experience is preferred.
• Experience in online teaching is an added advantage.

• Strong subject knowledge in Web Development, Python, Scratch, or App Development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with and inspire young learners.
• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in US shift timings (02:30 AM to 7:30 AM IST).
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable using online teaching platforms.
