Number of Positions: 8 - Peer Mentors serve students who apply for mentoring from the Seattle campus.

Percentage of time that could be remote (0-100%): 65-70% - Mentoring student mentees that have the option of mentoring remotely or in-person.
Method to assess remote work: I meet with the Peer Mentors monthly and engage via email with them a minimum of every two weeks.
Job Description- 3-5 hours per week meeting with mentee to include preparation and gathering resources and support for mentee;
- Monthly Peer mentor meetings;
- Participation in training;
- Community building event planning
- Office assistant to the Student Services office
- Minimum of 1 year in degree program at Antioch University Seattle;
- Student in good academic standing;
- Service oriented;
- Previous mentoring experience, desired.
