Online Proctor - PART TIME

meador an openwork company is currently engaged in a search to find a highly motivated live online proctor – part time in sulphur, la.

in this customer service, proactive role, you will be responsible for proctoring elearning labs and assisting safety instructors in on‑site or off‑site training.

• check in trainees and verify identification prior to testing
• monitor trainees throughout training event
• communicate lab rules and policies to trainees as needed while proctoring to ensure adherence to company rules and policies
• explain the course and/or exam processes
• assist trainees with technical assistance related to course navigation, login process, or equipment setup
• understand testing procedures for each exam and adhere to company quality and security measures
• report suspected irregularities or trainee behavior to management immediately
• maintain a professional and respectful demeanor
• report all course problems or discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner to the supervisor of live online proctoring
• perform other duties as assigned

• thorough understanding of and ability to use windows microsoft office programs, internet and windows explorer
• basic knowledge of computer hardware
• proven organizational skills
• high school diploma or ged

• customer service skills are a must
• strong written and oral communication skills
• enjoy working with the public and have a strong initiative to work independently
• ability to work in a quiet environment and learn detailed procedures
• proven ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions
