Location: Belzoni
Improve Your Tomorrow (IYT) in Belzoni, Mississippi is looking for a Mentor Specialist to build meaningful relationships with students in grades 7-12. This role guides students in their college journey, providing mentorship and support through both virtual and in-person engagement.
The ideal candidate will embody IYT’s values of Character, Service, Teamwork, and Liberation, showing deep cultural humility while fostering trust within the community. A bachelor’s degree and strong relationship-building skills are required.
Flexible hours include remote work and in-person duties at Archway Charter School.
