Wrap Lead Teacher; Kettle Moraine

The 4k wrap lead teacher position is a full‑time job that offers a mix of in‑person work with children and uninterrupted planning time that can take place from home or in our co‑working office.

We are hiring for the Kettle Moraine School District. Programs take place in the school buildings. Administrative work, such as lesson planning, is paid and occurs outside of program hours. Staff may work from home or from Wisconsin Youth Company’s co‑working office in Hartland.

The 4K Wrap Lead Teacher is responsible for the daily operations of the assigned 4K wrap program. Responsibilities include lesson planning and implementation for children, fostering positive relationships with children, families, and school personnel, and ensuring program quality standards are met.

This is a school‑year position with an option to join the summer team. Pay is up to $20 per hour, based on education and experience. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday 6:30 a.m.–1 p.m. or 11 a.m.–6 p.m. Paid planning time is built into the 40‑hour schedule.

• Must be 18 years of age
• Has completed college‑level (or equivalent) courses in education (early childhood, elementary, or related)
• Should feel confident managing a large group of children
• Is organized and has leadership abilities
• Has experience with DCF state licensing
• Values relationships and has strong written and verbal communication skills
