GRAMS- Art Supervisor

Role Summary

21 Grams is seeking an Art Supervisor who will serve as a brand steward and category champion, owning all day‑to‑day design responsibilities for assigned healthcare/pharma HCP accounts. The role includes strategic thinking, creative idea generation, and execution across a range of mediums.

• Art direction and design across digital tactics such as websites, interactive visual aids, videos, banners, landing pages, and emails for branded and unbranded HCP clients.
• Translate scientific information into compelling, memorable messages for HCP campaigns.
• Champion creative thinking for campaigns and initiatives that advance creative strategy and brand personality.
• Prepare materials for client copy approval submissions, ensuring pieces are referenced and annotated according to AMA style without supervision.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Developers, and Account and Strategy teams from initiation to digital deployment.
• Manage multiple projects independently, sometimes across different brands or industries.
• Lead junior members of the Art team when appropriate.
• Present work to internal team members, including Creative leads, Account team members, and Partners.
• Participate in client presentations, articulating ideas and tying them back to communication objectives.

• 5+ years of healthcare/pharmaceutical art direction and design experience.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry within an agency setting required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite required; other relevant design software programs a plus.
• Portfolio or PDF of relevant work samples required.

Pay Range: $105,000 – $120,000 USD.

This hybrid role may be based in any U.S. office—New York City, Boston, Chicago, Carmel, Lambertville, or San Francisco—or remotely within the U.S., depending on team and business needs. Employees within an hour of an office are expected to attend that office at least twice per week. The Real Hybrid and Regional Teams (Real HART) approach blends in‑office collaboration with flexible remote work.
