Position: Regional Admissions Recruiter (Remote – Maryland)

The Regional Admissions Recruiter serves as a member of the Admissions team, focusing on recruiting prospective students and supporting them through acceptance. This position will be based in Maryland. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing effective recruitment strategies for assigned geographic territories, which includes planning and conducting recruitment travel, generating inquiries and applications, and building relationships with influencers involved in the college search process.

This is a regionally based position which requires the person to work remotely. This position may require some night driving.

Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Experience in college admissions preferred, or related professional experience in marketing/sales, customer service, human services or education.
Minimum Abilities and Skills
  • Developed organizational skills.
  • Sensitivity to the expectations of students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to adapt to changing assignments and multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with diverse groups.
  • Evidence of strong written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to make decisions and exercise independent judgment in a time-sensitive environment.
  • Solid technical skills including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and successfully meet deadlines.
  • Evidence of a strong customer-service orientation.
  • Ability to conduct admissions activities with the highest level of integrity.
  • Maintain understanding of trends in higher education.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license.
