You will not be reciting scripted content or monitoring a virtual classroom for compliance. Instead, you’ll facilitate dynamic online sessions designed to encourage students to think critically, innovate, collaborate, and mature. Your role centers on mentoring them in areas like storytelling, entrepreneurship, wellness, and critical thinking—while nurturing independence, self‑confidence, and executive functioning.
