You will not be reciting scripted content or monitoring a conventional online classroom. Instead, you'll facilitate dynamic virtual sessions designed to push students to reflect, innovate, collaborate, and evolve. Your role includes guiding them through storytelling, entrepreneurial thinking, wellness practices, and critical problem‑solving—all while fostering independence, self‑confidence, and strong executive skills.

• Facilitating engaging virtual workshops centered on essential life competencies including communication, creativity, critical thinking, and self‑management
• Providing one‑on‑one and small‑group mentorship to cultivate student confidence, accountability, and executive functioning skills
• Leveraging platform analytics and behavioral cues to tailor support and monitor individual development consistently
• Working alongside peer educators to co‑design and refine experiential, project‑driven learning opportunities
• Building a supportive, energizing environment where students feel acknowledged, stretched, and inspired to develop

• Holds a valid U.S. teaching certificate from any state, or possesses an expired certificate that qualifies for reinstatement, with eligibility for Arizona certification

• Capable of working in a hybrid capacity within Arizona
