Adjunct, Graduate Education

Located approximately 20 miles north of Boston, parking is free. Accessible by commuter rail on the Newburyport/Rockport line.

Adjunct faculty are needed to teach a variety of graduate courses—including special education, social emotional learning, leadership, and research methodologies. All courses are asynchronous online.

• Deliver the course(s) in person during assigned time blocks.
• Abide by Endicott’s academic policies as described in the College’s faculty handbook.
• Use the course description and honor the learning outcomes of each course.
• Use Canvas as the course’s learning management system.
• Meet deadlines for roster verification and submission of grades.
• Communicate with the dean or other administrators regarding any issues related to teaching specific classes.
• Meet with students who request assistance or need clarification for any course‑related matter.
• Provide samples of student work that may be used for assessment purposes.
• Use Endicott email when communicating with students outside of class.

• A minimum of a Master’s degree is required, with college‑level teaching experience preferred.
• Doctorate preferred.
• Primary expertise in teaching methods and teaching projects.
• Ability to teach content methods courses, introduction to thesis, special education, social emotional and assessment courses, leadership, and research methods.
