We are seeking an experienced and fully qualified Development Coach (Early Years) to join our growing team. This role is home‑based with some travel to client sites across various regions of the UK. You will play a vital part in supporting and guiding learners through their Early Years qualifications (up to Level
5), ensuring they gain the knowledge and skills needed to succeed in their careers.

Requirements
  • Qualified – holding a recognised assessing qualification (e.g., CAVA, TAQA) and relevant Early years qualifications up to Level 5.
  • Experienced – with a strong track record in Early Years practice and learner support.
  • Quality‑focused – committed to excellence in teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Flexible and resilient – able to travel to client sites across the UK and adapt to varied learner needs.
  • Passionate – about supporting others to achieve their potential.
