Part Time DMS Sonography Instructor

Job Summary

Charter College seeks experienced part‑time Sonography DMS Instructionists to teach blended courses at the Anchorage, AK campus. The role involves delivering 10‑week courses, incorporating face‑to‑face and online learning tools, and supporting student success.

• Prepare a syllabus consistent with course descriptions for each course.
• Instruct students on appropriate workplace conduct.
• Gather and analyze feedback to ensure student comprehension.
• Maintain academic standards and evaluate student progress regularly.
• Provide timely evaluations to students and be available for student concerns.
• Review student evaluations of instruction and participate in improvement efforts.
• Contribute to student retention initiatives.
• Serve on faculty committees and attend official college functions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date official transcripts of formal studies.
• Enroll in professional development courses as required.

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
• Maintain an ARDMS and/or ARRT certification.
• Must be within driving distance of Anchorage, AK.

• Part‑time, hourly, non‑exempt.
• Pay range: $37.00 – $45.32 per hour, depending on experience.

Anchorage, AK 99508 – Hybrid remote position. Candidates must relocate before starting work if not within driving distance.
