- Reach out to new inbound leads within 24 hours and initiate admissions discussions by phone.
- Describe Novatio School’s virtual model and enrollment procedures in straightforward, accessible language.
- Maintain steady follow‑up to advance families from inquiry through application to enrollment.
- Record all interactions in a CRM with precise notes, next steps, and pipeline status updates.
- Plan and conduct local recruitment events in Texas or Arizona to showcase the school and collect new leads.
- Allow inbound leads to remain uncontacted while focusing on administrative tasks.
- Adhere to rigid scripts or function like a high‑volume call center agent.
- Participate in events passively without actively engaging or generating leads.
- Devote most of your time to back‑office tasks during periods of active enrollment demand.

Basic Requirements- Located in Texas or Arizona and available to work in a hybrid capacity.
- 1‑2 years of experience in customer service or another customer‑facing role.
- Experience working with children or families (schools, camps, childcare, tutoring, or similar).
- Comfortable with frequent phone calls and guiding families through multi‑step processes.
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or digital lead tracking tools.
- Experience in admissions, enrollment, inside sales, or lead qualification roles.
- Experience planning or presenting at community events or outreach programs.
- Coursework or background in communications, education, or a related field.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week) long‑term position that requires entering into an independent contractor agreement as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level is $20 USD per hour, equivalent to $40,000 USD per year for 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year, with weekly payment.
