** Penn State Great Valley seeks part-time Instructors (non-tenure track) in our technology and engineering programs. We are looking for professionals with substantial industry experience to teach in the following areas:
Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Information Science, Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, and Engineering Management.#

Job Duties
* Deliver high-quality instruction in both online and in-person formats.
* Develop and update course materials to reflect current industry trends and practices.
* Engage with students to provide mentorship and support for their academic and professional growth.
* Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance the overall educational experience.# Requirements and Qualifications
* A Doctorate degree in a relevant discipline is preferred; however, candidates with a Master's degree and significant industry experience will also be considered.
* Prior teaching experience, preferably at the graduate level.
* Demonstrated expertise and professional experience in the relevant field.
* Ability to teach in the late afternoons and evenings at the Great Valley campus in Malvern, PA, or online.##

Preferred Qualifications
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* A passion for teaching and mentoring students.
* Experience with curriculum development and instructional design.
* Familiarity with online teaching platforms and technologies.
