Position SummaryThe Applied Behavior Analysis Department is seeking several highly qualified adjunct instructors to join our diverse faculty at our Online Campus to teach in our Ph.D., M.S., and Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis programs. Courses run for 8 weeks each term; there are six academic terms per year. Courses and associated supervision meetings are offered remotely.
Principal Duties- Engage students in ABA curriculum through discussion and assignments as outlined in course syllabi.
- Provide substantive feedback to students and respond to questions and concerns in a timely manner.
- Maintain communication with department administration, faculty, and students.
- BACB certified, with a Doctoral degree. Teaching experience of 3+ years preferred.
- Prefer online teaching experience.
- Availability to offer weekly or biweekly live class meetings to Ph.D. students.
- Strong commitment to academic excellence, research, community service, and diversity.
- Exemplary professional experience.
- TCSPP training in online pedagogy (TOPS) or equivalent, approved by campus dean.
- Ability and interest in contributing to a community committed to student‑centeredness, professional development, scholarship, integrity, ethics, respect for diversity and pluralism, innovation, flexibility, teamwork, and collaboration.
