Job Summary:
This position exists for the purposes of providing leadership, administration, and teaching within the Master of Divinity program.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

PROGRAM ADMINISTRATION
- Provide administrative oversight of the Master of Divinity program.
- Provide direction and support to the directors of the Master of Arts in Biblical Studies and Master of Arts in Ministry programs.
