Rebrand Coordinator

Duration:
Project-based contract (Targeting July 2026 - May 2027; initial contract through Dec 2026 with planned extension)
Compensation Range: $40 - $44 per hour
An industry-leading, global insurance and financial services organization is seeking a detail-oriented, highly organized Rebrand Coordinator to support the execution of a strategic corporate rebranding initiative. This multi‑phase project involves unifying our brand architecture and aligning multiple business units into a cohesive parent brand structure.
Responsibilities- Track, manage, and execute granular project tasks for two primary rebrand work streams to ensure deliverables hit critical milestones.
- Partner closely with the Rebrand Project Manager to track cross‑functional dependencies, update project plans, and follow up on outstanding action items.
- Oversee the organization's Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to ensure new logos, brand templates, and digital assets are organized and launch‑ready.
- Assist in auditing brand usage across internal and external channels to ensure consistent application of the new visual identity and messaging.
- Utilize Smartsheet and Microsoft Teams to manage project timelines, update risk/decision logs, and document processes.
- Facilitate and document project meetings (note-taking, tracking action items) and assist in developing internal brand training materials and launch playbooks.
- 4+ years of project coordination, traffic management, or integrated marketing coordination experience within Insurance, Wholesale Brokerage, Financial Services, or Banking; experience navigating regulated corporate matrix environments.
- Proven experience participating in a corporate rebrand, large‑scale marketing implementation, or business integration rollout.
- High proficiency with project management tracking tools (Smartsheet or similar) and collaboration platforms (Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, One Note, Confluence).
- Exceptional attention to detail in documentation, highly collaborative attitude, and ability to maintain accountability across distributed teams.
- Hands‑on experience working inside a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform or system workflow routing tool.
- Familiarity with marketing/creative concepts, terminology, or light exposure to the Adobe Creative Cloud ecosystem.
Working Hours:
Core hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST preferred to align with East Coast leadership.
Equipment Provided: A comprehensive remote hardware package will be provided (Company laptop, dual monitors, docking station, and accessories).
