Ferring+You

The Junior Head of Products for Medicine of Reproduction will work on a range of high-value scientific drugs distributed in cities and hospitals and will assist the Head of Range and the Head of Products.

Your Missions at Ferring

• Participate in the definition of the Marketing Plan of the Business Unit
• Pilot and implement the Marketing Plan of the Business Unit: definition of key messages, promotion plan of the different products…
• Realize promotional material (submissions to ANSM) and environment by ensuring the coordination of the different actors internally (regulatory, medical…) and externally (communication agencies, doctors…)
• Promote the “Lab by Ferring” and projects with high added value to healthcare professionals (virtual reality headset…)
• Develop multi-channel promotion and particularly the Digital (Linked In page, portal for healthcare professionals, patient website)
• Coordinate communication actions with the different actors: congresses, follow-up of PR operations, headquarters, field…
• Prepare and participate in meetings and seminars
• Ensure competitive intelligence and regular market analysis

Experience / Qualifications / Required Knowledge

• In the final year of a scientific university curriculum / Master Marketing++
• With experience / affinity in digital marketing
• Having knowledge of the pharmaceutical/OTC/pharmacy environment, particularly the regulatory environment related to promotion and marketing
• Proving autonomy and a real ability to adapt
• With rigor, a capacity for synthesis, and relational skills
• Oriented towards action and results (knowing how to manage deadlines and problem-solving)
• Possessing a mindset geared towards motivation, team spirit, dynamism, strength of proposals, and receptiveness to feedback
• Skilled in the use of the office pack, animation/video creation software
• Professional English proficiency
