Non Bargaining Tutor Position(s)

Academic Day:
Monday-Friday; 7:15 am to 1 pm

Compensation: $20 per hour for qualified applicants

Hours:

5.75 hours per day not to exceed 28.75 hours per week

HOPE Tutors play an important role in the educational experience of HOPE students. Their main role is to support the online program by monitoring the classroom and helping students with time management. The goal is for students to complete work and earn passing grades and credits towards graduation. Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to establish rapport with students in the program are essential.

Employees must follow all board policies, all state, and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education. The successful candidate must complete annual compliance courses as assigned by the administration.
