• Provide one-to-one virtual tutoring for middle and high school students
• Help students understand and master academic concepts in subjects such as math, science, English, and related coursework
• Break down complex material into clear and manageable steps
• Support students in building strong study habits and executive functioning skills such as organization, planning, and time management
• Adapt instruction based on different learning styles and student needs
• Use assessment insights and feedback to help customize tutoring strategies for individual students
• Encourage student confidence, engagement, and independence in learning
• Maintain professionalism and reliability in scheduling and communication

• Currently enrolled in or graduated from a four‑year university
• Strong academic background in at least one subject area (math, science, English, or related coursework)
• Ability to clearly explain concepts to middle and high school students
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, reliable, and professional
• Comfortable working with students in a virtual learning environment
• Prior tutoring, teaching, mentoring, or academic support experience preferred
• Flexible scheduling that works around your class schedule
