Field Representative
- Reno, Nevada

This role supports the mission by providing training and development for employees, ensuring professional growth and skill enhancement across the organization.
Responsibilities- Conduct training courses, both on-site and online, for professional development and non-technical skills.
- Work with business units to establish course specifications, prerequisites, and required skills.
- Ensure training addresses all employee levels.
- Prepare lesson plans and develop training materials such as manuals, handouts, instructor guides, and audio‑visuals.
- Assist in conducting needs assessments to identify training requirements.
- Gather, review, and analyze course evaluations to determine effectiveness.
- Create recommendations and reports for senior-level personnel and management.
- Review external training programs to assess feasibility of purchase and make recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or related field. - Three or more years of training experience.
- Experience with both on-site and online presentations.
- Experience with instructional design, adult learning, and training methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills for developing manuals and procedures.
- Strong presentation skills to train and educate employees.
- Interpersonal skills for interacting with all levels of employees.
- Computer and business solutions software skills.
- Analytical, organizational, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Attention to confidentiality regarding employee information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desire to pursue continuous learning opportunities in training.
- Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations/laws related to HR.
- Willingness to travel.

BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $48,300.00 – $69,000.00 per year; base pay may vary. Candidates are eligible for generous vacation, 401(k) employer match, comprehensive health benefits, and educational assistance. Leadership and technical development academies are available.
