Field Representative
- Reno, Nevada
- Remote

This role supports the mission by providing training and development for employees, ensuring professional growth and skill enhancement across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct training courses, both on-site and online, for professional development and non-technical skills.
  • Work with business units to establish course specifications, prerequisites, and required skills.
  • Ensure training addresses all employee levels.
  • Prepare lesson plans and develop training materials such as manuals, handouts, instructor guides, and audio‑visuals.
  • Assist in conducting needs assessments to identify training requirements.
  • Gather, review, and analyze course evaluations to determine effectiveness.
  • Create recommendations and reports for senior-level personnel and management.
  • Review external training programs to assess feasibility of purchase and make recommendations.
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, human resources, or related field.
  • Three or more years of training experience.
  • Experience with both on-site and online presentations.
  • Experience with instructional design, adult learning, and training methodologies.

  • Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations/laws related to HR.
  • Willingness to travel.

Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48,300.00 – $69,000.00 per year; base pay may vary. Candidates are eligible for generous vacation, 401(k) employer match, comprehensive health benefits, and educational assistance. Leadership and technical development academies are available.
