Job DescriptionNon Bargaining Tutor Position(s) Academic Day:
Monday-Friday; 7:15 am to 1 pm Compensation: $20 per hour for qualified applicants
Hours:
5.75 hours per day not to exceed 28.75 hours per week Overview: HOPE Tutors play an important role in the educational experience of HOPE students. Their main role is to support the online program by monitoring the classroom and helping students with time management. The goal is for students to complete work and earn passing grades and credits towards graduation. Excellent communication skills as well and the ability to establish rapport with students in the program are essential.
Qualifications
- Appropriate and valid Ohio Teaching License

Requirements must be on file before starting:
Employees must follow all board policies, all state, and federal laws, and adhere to the Ohio Code of Ethics set up by the Ohio Department of Education. Subject to all applicable laws, essential job functions of this position include the employee being punctual and capable of completing all of the duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
The successful candidate must complete annual compliance courses as assigned by the administration.
