Classified Salary Schedule – Level VII C

The PAT Home Visitor supports families with children prenatal through age five by delivering home-based parent education, child development support, and family engagement services in accordance with the Parents As Teachers model.

• Conduct home visits and parent education activities.
• Complete required assessments, documentation, and reporting.
• Maintain communication and positive relationships with families.
• Connect families with community resources and support services.
• Participate in meetings, training, certification requirements, and continuous program improvement.
• Assist with family recruitment and program activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or related field preferred.
• Experience working with young children and families preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, technology, and confidentiality skills.
