** The Division of Arts and Humanities at Penn State Abington is seeking a part-time instructor to teach individual vocal lessons beginning
** August 2026**. This is a one semester, non-tenure track appointment with the possibility of reappointment. Candidates with a student-centered, innovative, and engaging approach to teaching are encouraged to apply.#

Job Duties
* Teach up to two sections of
* VOICE 100, Voice Secondary
* per semester.
* VOICE 100: individual instruction in voice. Sessions are one-half hour per week.
* Work with students to develop individual, weekly lesson schedules agreeable to both the student and the instructor.
* Prepare students for campus recital each semester.
* Depending on expertise, additional opportunities for teaching instrumental lessons may be available.# Requirements and Qualifications
* Master's degree in relevant field strongly preferred; equivalent professional experience or training will be considered.
* Experience teaching at the college level is highly desirable.
