Castellum Inc is seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to lead design and development for the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund Transformation Project. This role involves creating training and communication materials, managing the full lifecycle of instructional products, and collaborating with experts to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of relevant experience, particularly with Adobe Captivate and other design tools.
This is a hybrid role based in Washington, requiring three days in the office.
