Job Summary
As a Learning Services Engineer you will develop and deliver training for printed circuit board design software. You will design content, deliver in-person, online, and self‑paced classes, and continuously improve training to increase customer knowledge and product adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and deliver training across all formats.
- Collaborate with account, product, and support teams to scope training agendas and schedule events.
- Gather and analyze class feedback to refine materials and instructor performance.
- Maintain and update training content in line with product releases.
- Develop curriculum plans for new and existing courses, seeking approval from instructors and product groups.
- Create high‑quality materials using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Camtasia, and AI‑powered tools.
- Coordinate reviews, beta classes, and publishing with operations and editing teams.
- Mentor junior training staff.
- Stay current with training methodologies, product features, and customer site usage.
- Travel up to 25% per year, including international trips.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and technical training development.
- Minimum 2 years of customer‑facing experience.
- Excellent time‑management, communication, interpersonal, listening, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn new products and develop training content for them.
- Prior experience with Siemens EDA EBS products (Xpedition, PADS, Hyper Lynx, Valor NPI).
- Assess learner skill level and adapt materials accordingly.
- Represent Siemens EDA professionally at client sites.
- Manage competing priorities and adapt to changes.
- BSEE, MSEE, or equivalent field.
- Experience developing or delivering technical training.

Salary range: $125,300‑$250,600 annually, plus incentive compensation based on performance.
